Sarver, PA. is located approximately 25 miles north of Pittsburgh, just off of RT. 28 N. and RT. 356 N. in Buffalo Township, Butler County and is home to The Blue Ribbon awarded Freeport Area School District. Here, you will find restaurants such as Evolution Grille, Rock-A-Fellas Sports Grille, Tony's Pizza Cafe and Smokin' Toads. Cellar Works Brewing Company also made it's home in Sarver and will be expanding in the spring of 2020 by moving to the old Cooper's Station Building. The new location will not only offer the community fantastic brew choices, but amazing food as well!

For those looking to enjoy the great outdoors, recreational activities are plentiful in and around Sarver! Public boat ramps and docks, located just south of Sarver in Freeport Boro, provide access to the Allegheny River, while hikers, bicyclists, runners, walkers, and anglers use the Butler-Freeport Community Trails to access Little Buffalo Creek, Buffalo Creek and 21 miles of nearly flat, beautifully maintained, trail. Don't worry, you can golf here too! Buffalo Golf Course, once a farm, opened it's first 9 holes in July of 1967 and by the following year, offered 18 holes of golf to Sarver and the surrounding communities. Last, but not least, Todd Nature Reserve also makes it home in Sarver and offers 334 acres of peace, tranquility and educational experiences to hikers, students young and old and birdwatchers alike.
